Bee hive construction
First of all would like to start with a definition.
Hive of bees is the construction, which is made by man. The design of the hive, its quality has a direct impact on the creation of strong-bodied bee colonies and increasing productivity of beekeeper even if you start bee keeping. Life flows throughout the year in the hive of bees. The uterus can develop high egg and can be extended to a large number of bee honey harvest – pickers nectar only in warm large hive of bees, ensuring an adequate supply of combs and feed.
Hive of bees is used by them to store food. Bees are transported to massive honey plants for pollination and honey collection in the hives. On this basis, the hives must meet the following basic requirements.

The tree whose name is bee ...
Nowadays, we will know the only tree on the planet called the bee tree.
Its official Latin name is Tetradium daniellii, bee-bee tree.
It is one of the nine species of the Rutaceae family.
In English-speaking countries, this tree is called Evodia Hellenistic EVODIA.
I think you should start to understand why this is called as a bee tree ...

Honey Bee Queens: Evaluating the Most Important Colony Member

Introduction
Honey bees (Apis mellifera) are highly social insects and the colony organization is divided into separate castes that allow for division of labor and specialization in particular tasks. The honey bee queen is the sole reproductive female in the colony and she specializes in egg laying, while the remaining female “workers” perform all other colony duties and the male “drones'” only function is to mate with a virgin queen. The quality of the queen, often associated with her reproductive ability, can have profound impact on a colony’s honey production, disease prevalence, and overwintering ability. Queen failure is consistently listed as a cause of colony mortality in recent winter loss surveys (vanEnglesdorp et al 2010). Therefore maintaining high quality queens is essential for every beekeeping operation.

Dividing a Colony
Why Divide? The most common reasons for dividing a colony are swarm prevention and the need to increase colony numbers. A strong colony can be divided into two or three colonies (splits). The number of splits will depend on the amount of brood present in the parent colony. For each split, you need three to five frames of brood and a couple of food frames with pollen and honey. Be careful not to split a colony too many times or wait until it’s too late in the year, because the small colony needs time to build up for winter. Tip: Lightly misting the frames and bees in the splits with a 1:1 sugar:water solution will calm the bees, and occupy them while they get acquainted with their new home, especially if you intend to mix brood from one or more colonies to form the split.

Nosema: Test on circulating formulations
A test of the “drench” method of nosema treatment
In previous articles in this journal, I’ve summarized what we know about Nosema ceranae, its pathogenicity, detection, and treatment. I wondered whether N. ceranae would prove to be as virulent in North America as it appeared to be in Spain. There were also a number of unanswered questions as to the efficacy of treatments and the best ways to apply them. In this article I will report the results of a small field trial of “drench” treatments.
Introduction
Nosema ceranae is of great concern to the many beekeepers who have discovered that their bees are infected. It is indeed widespread, although I have sampled a number of operations in which it is virtually undetectable. Unfortunately, the standard treatment of fumagillin dissolved in heavy syrup has not always proved to be effective. In a trial that I ran last winter of several different ways of applying fumagillin, plus some alternative treatments (in prep), I was surprised to find that no treatment appeared to result in “clean” bees in the spring.

Tonic feeding of bees with the bag method!!! Video
Stimulating feeding of our bees with syrup in order to fool the queens so that they make many eggs.
Stimulating power supply we have seen is done with commercial feeders that are ceiling, frame, and input !!!
But beekeepers have devised their own ways and fed with saucers, and bottles.
Today you will see syrup on a nylon bag on a video.
The video is from Russia and the process is the following ...

Suggestion by Thymios: Placing a trap for pollen easily and quickly photos !!!
My friend Thymios from Arta in Greece gives us instructions for an extremely simple and fast way of putting trap for pollen.
As you will see in the picture below, place a stick on the top of the pollen easily with screws, then a hook to keep it perfectly firm and tight.
The construction is simple, and trap for pollen improves easily, while protecting the pollen found in the basket even if it rains, but it also closes completely possible openings that bees could use to pass the hive by skipping the trap for pollen.
So look at Thymios proposal step by step through the photos he gave !!

Method George Halkias ... For more honey
A method of intensive honey production will be presented today by MELISSOCOSMOS.
A method that I think first appears, or at least I have not seen it anywhere on the Internet.
This method refers to beekeeping books and from there it is read and transported here.
This is the method of George Halkias, a beekeeper from Karpathos, an island located in the Aegean Sea in Greece.

How big doors want bees?
A few days ago I inspected the hives.
I came to one where I met the photo you see.
Immediately I realized we had a matter.
Why the bees had sealed with bee-glue the bulk of the door.
This made it summer that you would think that they need better ventilation.
And you want me to tell you the nice one too?

We opened a little beehive and saw this picture
We opened one of the many new colonies we made in August.
The image we encountered was strange as the upper gaps of the frames had been closed with bee-glue.
Our curiosity was resolved when we we looked into it food ...
See the photo ...
